Abigail Lapell – Lullabies Album Launch
Abigail Lapell performs songs from her new EP Lullabies, a haunting collection of traditional music from around the world. Recorded by Michael Timmins (of Cowboy Junkies), the project includes songs in English, French, Hebrew, Spanish, Yiddish, German, Japanese and Welsh. Alternately sweet and foreboding, this body of work illuminates some of the darker themes beneath the surface of many beloved folk tunes.
