Guitarist Dan Pitt returns to the Southern Cross Lounge to present music in this bassless trio format. The night with feature Madeleine Ertel on trumpet and Harry Vetro on drums playing sketches, featured compositions and improvisations. Join us for a night of experimental sounds, ambient vibes and to hear minimalist pieces explored.
Since 2018, drummer Harry Vetro and bassist Andrew Furlong have programmed “Music By Harry and Furlong”. The series features two new bands nearly every month and performers include many of Canada’s greatest improvisors as well as the occasional International guest. Attendees can expect peaceful original compositions, loud jagged improvisation, and everything in between.
