Sarah Greene is a songwriter, writer and booker/curator from Toronto. Her songs are intimate, concise and idiosyncratically classic. Working in warm, soulful country-tinged folk-rock ballads, Greene examines loneliness, vulnerability, and the tugging poles of freedom and attachment in her songs.
Madeleine Roger is a singer-songwriter from Winnipeg, Canada. While deftly accompanying herself on acoustic guitar, it is her artistry as a songwriter and storyteller that can silence a room, uniting her brilliantly crafted lyrics with stunning melodies that linger long after they are sung. Talel McBriar is singer-songwriter based out of Victoria BC. While her sound merges traditional folk with alternative rock influences, the 23-year-old’s haunting voice delivers reflective and insightful lyrics. Delivered through stirring vocals and emotive instrumentals, Talel's lyrics are honest and cathartic as she confronts her anxieties and observations through song.
