Before and After
Participate in an evening of workshops and performance lectures focused on the theme of missing home. This event brings together migrants, refugees, and individuals who have relocated in some way or another, facilitating the sharing of stories, photos, and mental maps of their former neighborhoods. The gathering includes closed workshop sessions, followed by optional public presentations, slideshows, or performance lectures to discuss the contrasts between their past and current living situations and the meaning of community.Want to participate? A public launch, presentation by Eugene Slonimerov about making this into a series; a performance lecture tba.
The event operates on a Pay What You Can (PWYC) basis, with proceeds allocated to cover art supplies, compensate speakers, and fund potential online resources and future events
