Brazilian musician and producer João Leão brings the creative energies from São
Paulo's independent scene to his residency program at the Tranzac club. Every
second Sunday of the month, from 5pm to 7pm, João will present a different
approach to his diverse music endeavours, from his original releases, recent
collaborations with Canadian and Brazilian artists, to a deep dive into the
traditional Brazilian music repertoire, especially the Bossa Nova from João
Gilberto and Antonio Carlos Jobim.
