The TRANZAC’s club facilities are available for rental by the general public.

We are conveniently located just south of Bloor Street West between the Bathurst and Spadina subway stations offering easy access to the Bloor-Danforth and University-Spadina subway lines.

The Tranzac is one block east of a large municipal parking lot off of Lippincott and onsite parking can be made available for setup and tear down if required.

We are located in the heart of the vibrant and historic Annex neighbourhood and within walking distance of many wonderful shops, restaurants and the University of Toronto.

Our facilities can accommodate meetings of 15 to 150 people. Our Main Hall performance space features a full PA and lighting system and a 7-meter deep stage.

Recently the Main Hall has been packed for music festivals, film festivals, plays, book launchs, CD launches and other concerts and as well as private events such as parties, Bar Mitzvahs, and craft shows.
